Northland Community Housing Development

Smart Solution Homes recently completed an impactful community housing development in Northland, featuring 18 one-bedroom units. Constructed using Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) at our Helensville factory, this project addresses the critical housing shortage in the Far North District.

In collaboration with local community housing providers and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MHUD), the development provides high-quality homes for those most in need. The units are conveniently located close to essential amenities and on the local bus route to Whangarei, ensuring accessibility and convenience for residents.
