The completion of a new housing project in Point Chevalier brought much-needed residential options to the city-fringe area. This project integrates with its natural surroundings and meets the demand for contemporary living spaces.

Constructed in our Helensville Factory using offsite manufacturing building techniques, the homes were assembled rapidly, taking just three months from laying the foundations to final site preparations. The development features two striking three-bedroom townhouses facing the street and three two-bedroom units nestled among the pines at the rear of the property.

The approach to the architecture (by creative arch architects) complements the existing neighborhood, while adding a fresh, modern touch to the local streetscape. The homes were almost entirely built in our Smart Solution Homes factory in Helensville, complete with bathrooms and flooring, before being transported to the site. This efficient process not only reduced the project's overall carbon footprint but also minimised construction waste through precision design and planning.

Each residence balances public and private spaces, offering individual outdoor areas and seamless access to the adjacent park. The thoughtful layout allows residents to enjoy views of the park and provides safe, inviting spaces for children to play and families to gather under the shade of the tall pines.
